The best endorsement an installer can get is a customer who asks them back. A year after we first fitted solar at this Buckley home, the owner had watched the numbers - and wanted more.

01Start sensible, expand on evidence

When we first installed here, the owner chose a system that fitted their budget. No stretch, no gamble - just a solid array and a year of real generation data to judge it by.

Twelve months of savings later, the decision to expand made itself. The garage roof had space, the household’s evening usage justified storage, and the numbers from year one meant nobody had to take anything on faith.

02What we added

  • Five 510W Aiko panels on the garage roof, lifting total daytime generation
  • A GivEnergy All-in-One battery system, so surplus power is stored rather than exported for pennies
  • Full integration with the original array - one system, one app, no bolted-on mess

Solar does not have to be all-or-nothing on day one. Start with what fits your budget, check the real numbers, then grow it when the value is proven.

03The result

The extra panels lift generation through the day, and the battery means the household actually uses that power in the evening instead of selling it cheap and buying it back dear. It is the same house, the same roof space it always had - now working measurably harder.

It is always good to see a past project grow. Systems we fit are designed with that in mind: inverters, panels and batteries chosen so there is somewhere to go when you are ready for more.

What this means for you

Plenty of people put off solar because they cannot stretch to the full system they really want. This project shows the other route: fit what makes sense now, measure it, and expand when the evidence is in front of you.

Budget-conscious buyers

A right-sized starter system beats waiting years for the perfect one. Every month it runs, it is cutting your bills and building your case for phase two.

Existing solar owners

Already have panels - ours or anyone else’s? We add batteries and extra panels to existing systems, including arrays we did not originally install.

The undecided

Ask us to quote a phased approach: what goes in now, what gets added later, and what each stage does to the bill. No lock-in, no pressure.

We will always give you honest, ranged numbers based on your actual usage - not brochure figures. If expanding does not stack up yet, we will tell you to wait.

How it works when you get in touch

01Free survey

We visit, look at your roof, your usage and your existing kit if you have any, and listen to what you want to achieve.

02Fixed quote

A clear, itemised quote with honest payback estimates - phased options included if that suits you better.

03Installation

Our own team fits the system, planned around your schedule, with tidy cabling and proper making-good.

04Handover & aftercare

We commission everything, show you the app and the numbers, and stay on the end of the phone afterwards.
