Heat Pump Servicing

Air source heat pump servicing is a routine maintenance check that ensures the heat pump is running efficiently and effectively. A professional technician should service the heat pump annually or as often as the manufacturer recommends.  Prices start from £100 + VAT

• Visual inspection: Check the heat pump and its components for wear or damage
• Electrical safety check: Ensure electrical connections and controls are working properly
• Clean: Clean the outdoor unit and filter if fitted
• Check temperature and efficiency: Check that correct flow temps are being used for the most efficient operation.

Why an annual service matters

A heat pump that is running with blocked filters, a dirty outdoor coil or flow temperatures set too high uses more electricity for the same warmth. An annual check keeps it running efficiently, picks up small faults before they turn into breakdowns, and many manufacturers require a yearly service to keep the warranty valid.

Heat pump repairs

If your heat pump is showing a fault code, not heating the house properly or running constantly, our engineers can diagnose and repair it. We can also review controls and settings on systems that were never set up properly in the first place.
